Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or related fields
  • Fresh graduate students are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communications skills in English and Khmer, both spoken and written
  • Proven ability to use word processing software (Ms. Word, Excel and Power Point) and email
  • Knowledge of office administrative procedure, procurement and clear practices
  • Knowledge of procedures for the preparation of document and administrative forms
  • Ability to reply in an appropriate manner to work related inquiries

Job Description

  • Maintain schedule, calendars and transportation arrangements for Customer Service’s visitor both local & oversea
  • Arrange and confirm appointment for supervisor
  • Retrieve data from system for consolidation daily, weekly and monthly report
  • Arrange document for branches inquiries related to Spare Parts
  • Maintain office supply inventory for both Central Parts Depo (CPD) & Distributors Parts
  • Handle and solve administrative problem/inquiries
  • Communicate with forwarder company, Finance & IT Dept. for import tax and document for customs clearance and other payment
  • From time to time, make direct communication between Toyota Cambodia and other Toyota Group Oversea
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management
