Job Requirement

  • University degree in Management or other related fields
  • At least 2 years of professional experiences in the related fields
  • Excellent knowledge of communication
  • Speedy and accuracy jobs requirement
  • Strong time management and result-oriented toward the job
  • Logical thinker, able to work efficiently with raw data and provide analysis
  • Good proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in Ms. Word, Excel and Power Point

Job Description

  • To issue Invoice & Internal Sales
  • To prepare daily, weekly and monthly report (Lubricant & Paining Report)
  • To prepare cash refund report and Purchasing request for material used in workshop/office
  • To request and control on staff amenity and stationery
  • To follow up credit customer to settle payment and prepare summary bill every end of month
  • To control materiel stock (Order and Sold Out)
  • To control tool and equipment usage
  • To perform other jobs as assigned by Manager/GM
