Job Requirement

  • University degree in Management/ Administration, or other related fields
  • Outstanding fresh graduate is also recommended to apply
  • Sound knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law, Tax Law & NSSF Law etc.
  • Strong computer skills and other related applications
  • Good teamwork and communication
  • Able to work with less supervision and with high commitment
  • Excellent English communication
  • Honest, patient, friendly and willing to work hard

Job Description

  • Coordinating, participating and collecting manpower plan
  • Monitoring and implementing recruitment & selection processes
  • Ensuring & supplying adequate manpower on timely basis
  • Conducting Job analysis
  • Conducting and setting up job grading
  • Developing and updating job description
  • Developing, monitoring, & implementing Internship program
  • Initiating & conducting of career program and application search
  • Developing, monitoring and implementing retention & succession program
  • Preparing and processing of on-boarding preparation for new staffs
  • Developing and Initiating Staff Engagement Program
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
