Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Management or other related fields
  • At least 1 year experience in accounting or admin tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player, initiative, friendly, fresh, and service oriented
  • Knowledge of computer: Ms. Word, excel and power point

Job Description

  • To support Sales Consultant to issue Sales Quotation and sales contract on timely manner
  • To daily update sales back order and prepare back-order list with Estimate Time Arrival (ETA) and submit to management
  • To manage documents of delivery vehicle following term and contract stated in sales contract
  • To key-in information in database of booking customer using information on questionnaire from sales consultants
  • To record daily expenses in Fleet Division and consolidate month-end report to Accounting Department on time
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
