Job Description

  • Conduct Maintenance Reminder Call
  • Make Appointment Preparation
  • Monitor Appointment Control
  • Handle Customer Complaint
  • Conduct PSFU Complain
  • Call Campaign
  • Conduct customer Satisfaction Survey
  • Receive Call in Customer
  • Make daily appointment report & monthly report (FIR, CSI, 1K)
  • Update Service Car Coming & Customer Feedback
  • Increase Customer Retention through hearty service
  • Perform another tasks assign by Management
