  • Good at Customer Relations Management

Job Description

  • Process reminder call

  • Prepare appointment with customer

  • Control the appointment

  • Make on-time-delivery report

  • Do other campaign call

  • Process Post Service Follow Up

  • Do the Customer Service Index survey

  • Update Unit In Operation (UIO)
