Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree of Marketing/Management or related fields
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Sale or related fields
  • Strong background in Mathematics & Accounting
  • Computer Skills (Ms. Advanced Excel)
  • It-Database System for Logistic Operation
  • Problem Solving Skills (Win-Win Solution Based on Company Policy)
  • Stock & Inventory Management Skills
  • Good communication & Interpersonal skills
  • Be able to develop SOP for Logistic Operation Skills
  • Strong Management & Leadership Skills
  • Best Practice and Techniques in Logistic Management with Overseas Training
  • Logical thinker, able to work efficiently with raw data and provide analysis
  • Ability to work with deadline report

Job Description


  • Developing and updating logistic manual & SOPs
  • Monitoring and implementing logistic operation effectively
  • Managing and implementing the approved logistics Master Plan and achieving the target set
  • Managing and guiding logistics staff to fully support operation in order to reach target
  • Coordinating with other departments to get job done
  • Managing company agents in order to commit to achieve the company requirements
  • Ensuring vehicles safety (New Arrival & Readiness for delivery)
  • Ensuring cost effectiveness on logistics operation
  • Managing and improving logistics route for better practice
  • Ensuring and updating logistics operation and complying to latest government policy and regional policy (ASEAN NATIONS)
  • Setting work flow (SOP) for both internal practices in TCAM and external practice with supplier to ensure committed timeframe in daily operations.


  • Ensuring compliance to Cambodia customs & Excise requirements of the complete set documents
  • Confirming and ensuring the committed time of Approval process at Customs and Excise HQ (Confirm if any abnormal case happened)
  • Ensuring the right locations (Dry Port or Port of Discharge) for clearance
  • Checking the right, complete set and on time of documents before next submission
  • Checking the internal feasibility for new vehicles’ arrival to ensure safety.

STOCK MONITORING (New, Used, Trade-In Vehicles & Accessories):

  • Performing daily monitoring on PIC staff by excel file on the quantity of vehicles stock and accessories and where the stock is with the right information
  • Forecasting next stock arrival for sales priority
  • Performing stock rotation management upon aging in order to commit to FIFO strategy
  • Monitoring stocking safety (Parking, storing, doing maintenance period) to ensure cost effectiveness
  • Ensuring stock availability across TCAM branches
  • Performing other tasks assigned by Management
