Job Requirement

  • University degree in Accounting or other related fields
  • Preferably 1 year experience of professional skill
  • Strong understanding of computer skill (Ms. Word & Excel)
  • Be able to perform multi-task and prioritize workload within time frame
  • Good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Honest, Patient, Initiative and able to work with less supervision
  • Understanding of Sun Accounting System is more advantage

Job Description

  • Checking on Petty Cash Document before import into Accounting System and Make Payment
  • Monitoring on Petty Cash and Check reimbursement report frequently from all branches
  • Consolidate Petty Cash Report and Collection Report from all branches
  • Check Wing reimbursement report from all branches
  • Entry Tax Sales and Purchase Record Monthly
  • Check Trade Debtor Allocation in all branches daily
  • Performance Daily Petty Cash count and Reconciliation
  • Other tasks as assigned by Leader/Assistant Manager/Manager/GM
